The gentle rolling hills surrounding the South West town of Manjimup are well
suited to the production of premium Merlot.
Hand picked from non-irrigated vines and fermented in traditional open
fermenters before maturation in French oak barrels.
The bouquet exhibits distinctive plum and spice aromas. The gentle soft
tannins on the palate make Merlot an ideal accompaniment with grilled meats and
chicken.
