The 2007 Medici Ridge Shiraz is a soft, stylish, medium bodied shiraz produced from premium selected West Australian fruit.
Gentle hand-harvesting and fermentation in traditional open fermenters before maturation in seasoned French oak has resulted in a wine with excellent varietal flavours and complexity.
The bouquet exhibits lovely mulberry and plum fruit flavours underpinned by subtle oak and a long lingering, soft palate.
Enjoy now with game or your favourite slow cooked casserole, or cellar for further complexity.
