Named in honour of Jason’s first born daughter Lauren Rose, Lorenza is an elegant sparkling wine made by using the traditional Methode Champenoise technique. Chenin blanc fruit is picked early to retain natural acidity then kept on lees for added complexity and creamy mouth feel. The palate displays both softness and a crisp, fresh finish. Serve chilled as a light aperitif or with festive accompaniments and good friends.
